We have three tastefully furnished AC rooms all with attached baths. Each room can sleep two adults with a maximum of two children. We do not have a generator at the moment and the electricity in Goa can be erratic especially during the summer and monsoons. Should that happen, our staff will bring you candles and lanterns or you can walk out onto the terrace and look for Capella (also a constellation of stars) in the night sky! 

Heliconia is a large, airy room on the first floor, looking out onto the swimming pool and the fields and hills beyond. It has a terrace sit out perfect for reading or sunbathing and a covered area where you can take your breakfast. The room is furnished with a large, antique four-poster bed, a handsome roll-top desk and seating area.

Silk Cotton is an independent cottage in a secluded bamboo grove below the main house. The front veranda overlooks a private garden filled with flowering plants that the resident sunbirds visit every morning. It is the perfect getaway for honeymoon couples, writers and guests looking for a place to work or relax in peace and solitude.

Frangipani is a smaller room off the living room on the ground floor that can take a couple. It is suitable for families travelling with elderly parents or single travellers.
