An exclusive boutique home-stay,  located fifteen minutes from the bustling beaches of North Goa.  Baga beach and the busy  Baga-Calangute tourist stretch is a 15 minute drive away. The relatively untouched beaches of Morjim-Arambol are half and hour away. Panjim and the Latin Quarter are approximately 25  mins  drive and Old Goa 40 mins. The airport is  about an hour away and Tivim Station 25 mins.  The beaches of South Goa are an hour and a half away. We are basically a bed and breakfast but there are many excellent restaurants close by.  While we can always arrange a taxi to ferry you about, hiring a car or a two wheeler for the duration of your stay might be a good idea.
